(Regarding the 28 pages that have been classified in the 9/11 report that was recently published)

The New Republic Online: 28 Pages: "This week, Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al Faisal flew to Washington for a hastily convened meeting with President Bush. Faisal publicly demanded that the 28 pages be declassified, but he had to have known in advance, and welcomed the fact, that his request would be denied--ostensibly friendly nations don't normally send their foreign ministers to meetings halfway around the world to be surprised."

Yeah, I kind of felt it to be just a show to go all the way and fly just to have Bush shrug his shoulders and go "sorry prince."

Dressed to kill: "Few things exemplify the chaos of Liberia more than the sight of doped-up, AK-47-wielding 15-year-olds roaming the streets decked out in fright wigs and tattered wedding gowns. Indeed, some of the more fully accessorized soldiers in Charles Taylor's militia even tote dainty purses and don feather boas. Why did this practice begin and what is the logic behind it?"

Problems at hand are lighter than at heart.... remember, case-by-case... it's the only way.
