Makes me think of where you think the burden should lie. I'm really for the inheritance tax as a way of preventing a landed gentry, but I will try my best to give as much wealth to my children as possible.
If they said, "hey guys, the inheritance tax is now voluntary" I wouldn't volunteer, but I'd support a candidate that made it mandatory.
