This is interesting:

Tomorrow my illustration for Time Magazine’s “Person of The Year” hits the newsstands. While I’m very honored to be validated by a periodical that is nothing short of an American institution, the moment is bittersweet because I’m very disappointed by Obama’s appointment of Rick Warren to deliver his invocation during Obama’s inaugural address.

Hi there... I'm very excited to found your blog, I'm a illustrator also, I was trying to find some ideas because I've to do a portrait-illustration of the first woman elected president in my country ( Costa Rica) and is like the biggest thing and this will be featured in the most important newspaper in town, so I'm so (excuse me here because of this but) FUCKING nervous about it... because this could be a very interesting way to let me show my work around my country, I love illustration... and is very weird to find the artist who did Obama's portrait with such success... If do you can give some tips or advices I will be very happy because even when I usually do this for a living, never have been this important before... I hope not to bother you with this... hehe
